LAKEVILLE, IN. - The LaVille Elementary School addition continues moving forward.
The cement walls are up surrounding the area as Union-North United School Corporation is ready for the next step in the project.
"As you can see from the picture, the cement block walls have been erected at the Elementary, and we are awaiting the steel beams to come in next," said UNUSC Superintendent Mitch Mawhorter. "The beams should be in place around the 18th of January. After they are in the roof can start being put in place. Weather has halted some of our roofing, but we are hopeful for a stretch of good weather to get back on track with it."
