"We received the grant through Views on Learning," said UNUSC Technology Director Jim Nace. "They give out grants up to $25,000 based on school size. It was a collaborative effort between myself, Beth Hawn, and Beth Mangus. I essentially presented 4 project options to (UNUSC Superintendent) Mitch Mawhorter and he choose the project he thought would be best for our students. We had to lay out the project and set measurements so we can report back to VOL. We will be equipping 26 buses with 4g wifi access so that students and athletes can use the wifi to complete assignments or prepare for the next school day. I am still negotiating and getting quotes on service."
